This square TFT LCD module features 480(RGB)*480 high resolution with white display capability and ALL viewing direction. Driven by ST7701S IC with 3SPI+RGB (3-wire SPI) interface, it supports 2.8V±0.3V LCD driver voltage and industrial-grade wide temperature range.
