ZLYJ series gearbox for single screw extruder is a kind of special gear unit researched and developed by importing the most advanced technology of the hard tooth surface in the world. The gears are made of top-grade low-carbon alloy steel with Grade 6 precision of teeth after carbon penetrating, quenching and teeth grinding. The hardness of the teeth surface is 54-62 HRC.
