Product Description

The BLY110 gearbox is a parallel shaft four-speed transmission, which is a cylindrical gear transmission. The input shaft and the output shaft are parallel, and the foot is installed. The gear is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the gear accuracy reaches level 6 after carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding.The gear pair runs smoothly, with low noise and high transmission efficiency.

1. Four-speed gearshift, variable-speed ratio 1.654, reduction gear ratio 1.1,1.82,3.01,4.98, output stage center distance 110mm

2. Allowed output torque:160-400 Nm

3. Structure types: Cylindrical gear transmission, the input shaft is in parallel with output shaft, gear rack shift fork

4. Installation method :Foot mounting

5. Assembly Style: Above picture shows for I style, and the II type could be reached by

interchanging input and output shaft .

6. Recommended motor power 11-15KW, input speed is not more than 1500RPM
