Frother Q92S: High Efficient Sulfide Ore Frother with Strong Foaming Performance



PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Product name: Frother Q92S

Appearance: Brown to tan liquid;


Dosage: The original solution of this product is added for use, with a dosage of 5-100 g/t of raw ore.

Use/Application: This frother is widely used in sulfide ores containing talc. It has strong foaming performance. Because of its small foam viscosity, normal size distribution of foam diameter and low liquid carrying capacity, foam is fresh and not easy to be directly adsorbed with hydrophilic gangue minerals such as talc, which can effectively ensure the flotation recovery rate and improve the grade of concentrate. The foaming performance is better than that of T-92.

STORAGE:

  1. Store in a shaded, well ventilated place;

2. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents, strong reducing reagents, or open flames;

COMPOSITION:

Active Component Alkyl polyoxypropylene eth-er;
Phenylethyl ester;
Cyclo-hexene cyclo-hexanone


SAFETY AND HANDLING
Avoid formation of dust and aerosols. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Operating personnel must train specially and follow close to the line of operating instruction. Avoid accumulate dust. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
The majority of the reagent is tied up with the concentrate and is destroyed in the subsequent processing operations. The remainder is transferred to the tailings . Release into the water systems should be avoided.

PRECAUTIONS

1. Avoid violent impacts during transportation;

2. The shelf life is 36 months.
