Description
Drop-type wrap-around case packer is a highly efficient, fully automated secondary packaging machine designed to pack pre-grouped products directly into corrugated cartons using a controlled gravity drop mechanism. It is widely applied in the beverage, food, dairy, and daily chemical industries to pack bottles, cans, and pouches into sturdy, one-piece wrap-around cases.

  • Advanced Servo Control: Driven by multi-axis servo motors and a centralized PLC, the machine guarantees accurate timing for product infeed, carton forming, and hot-melt glue sealing.
  • High Flexibility: The modular design allows for quick and tool-less changeovers to accommodate various carton sizes and product arrangements, significantly reducing production downtime.
  • Reliable Sealing & Safety: Equipped with premium hot-melt glue systems, it ensures secure folding and sealing for both top and bottom flaps. The solid steel frame and safety guarding ensure stable, low-noise operation and compliance with international safety standards.
