Equipped with imported German PLC core and full-color human-machine interaction touch screen, the machine supports real-time precise monitoring and dynamic adjustment of injection speed and pressure. The advanced closed-loop control technology realizes ultra-fine grading adjustment of the injection process, ensuring fast and uniform filling of large-area thin-wall casing cavities, completely eliminating internal porosity and loose structures. It significantly improves surface flatness and structural compactness of finished solar lamp housings, reducing subsequent trimming and polishing workload. The optimized electrical circuit is simple and stable, adapting to high-temperature industrial production environments, and the intelligent fault display system quickly locates equipment faults to reduce production downtime.

Efficient Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional intelligent control to realize fast multi-stage thin-wall filling and low-pressure buffer mold clamping, balancing lightweight forming efficiency and mold protection. All hydraulic sealing components are imported from Europe and Japan, with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and leak-proof performance, ensuring long-term stable hydraulic operation under 400-ton clamping force. The hydraulic die height adjustment system is convenient and efficient for mold installation and debugging, saving labor and time costs for lightweight solar lamp housing mold replacement. The professional clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform mold stress and stable positioning accuracy, preventing thin-wall casing deformation and edge warping caused by high-pressure injection. The high-flow valve and precision piston accumulator injection device provides stable and adjustable injection speed and pressure, perfectly adapting to various streamlined thin-wall solar street light housing mold designs. The built-in efficient oil cooling system stabilizes hydraulic temperature and ensures consistent lightweight forming quality in long-term production. The equipment has a long service life of 15–20 years, and an optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for automated production upgrade.
