The MS-H280-F Series is an LCD digital magnetic stirrer with an electric heating mantle for round-bottom flasks. It supports 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL flasks and combines uniform heating, adjustable stirring, and external temperature monitoring in one compact laboratory instrument.
Product Overview
The MS-H280-F Digital Magnetic Stirrer Heating Mantle is designed for heating and stirring liquids in round-bottom flasks. Four interchangeable mantle sizes are available for 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL flasks.
The aluminum silicate fiber heating mantle provides uniform heat distribution, effective thermal insulation, and good corrosion resistance. Its reinforced magnetic field and brushless DC motor provide stable stirring with low noise, no sparks, and minimal maintenance.
The LCD control panel clearly displays operating parameters. Users can adjust the heating temperature up to 280°C and the stirring speed up to 1500 rpm. The external temperature probe monitors the actual liquid temperature, while the temperature self-calibration function helps improve control accuracy.
Safety features include residual heat indication, sensor-failure monitoring, overtemperature protection, and automatic power cutoff. The heating mantle and magnetic stirrer can also be used in flexible configurations according to experimental requirements.
