AL/PET/EMAA Single Layer Self-Adhesive Cable Shielding Polyester Film Laminate provides excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) protection for cables. This advanced material combines three specialized layers to deliver optimal performance and durability.
Layer Composition & Benefits
  • Aluminum (AL): Provides excellent electromagnetic interference shielding properties. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and an effective electrical conductor ideal for EMI and RFI shielding applications.
  • Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET): Strong, durable, and flexible material that provides structural strength. Offers heat and chemical resistance to protect cable components from environmental stresses.
  • Ethylene Methacrylate (EMAA): Specialized adhesive layer that bonds AL and PET layers together. Features high bond strength, flexibility, and temperature fluctuation resistance for long-term shielding performance.
