2BZ-600 Self-Propelled Rice Nursery Tray Seeder
The 2BZ-600 self-propelled rice nursery tray seeder is an integrated seeding machine specially developed for rice seedling raising operations. It completes the whole rice tray seedling workflow automatically, including tray feeding, soil spreading, seeding and soil covering. This self-propelled design allows flexible movement in greenhouses and seedling farms, greatly saving labor cost and improving the uniformity of seedling substrate laying and seed distribution. It is widely suitable for large, medium and small rice seedling raising bases.
Core Structure & Working Principle

This machine adopts raised dot belt for material conveying and transmission, which delivers stable feeding and effectively prevents substrate slipping during operation. It is equipped with outer grooved wheel seed metering device with stepless speed regulation, so operators can adjust seeding density accurately according to rice varieties and agronomic requirements. The soil spreading hopper has a capacity of 40L while the soil covering hopper reaches 35L, and the press roller structure can flatten the covering soil to keep consistent soil thickness on each tray. Driven by a 480W DC motor, the machine features low noise, stable output and convenient maintenance.
