The 2BP-800 is a high-capacity, stationary-type automatic rice seeding line designed for large-scale rice nurseries, seedling farms, and agricultural cooperatives. Built around a fully integrated conveyor system, the machine completes the entire tray-seeding process — conveying, bottom soil spreading, compaction, watering, precision seeding, and covering — in one continuous, automated cycle. Fully Automated Six-Stage Workflow: The machine executes the complete seeding cycle — conveying, soil spreading, compaction, watering, seeding, and covering — without manual intervention between stations, ensuring consistent quality across every tray.
Dual 50-Liter Square-Box Soil Hoppers: Separate square-type hoppers for bottom soil and covering soil provide a stable, continuous soil supply while keeping the two layers evenly distributed and clearly defined.
Precision External-Groove-Wheel Seeder: The seeding unit adopts an external groove-wheel metering mechanism with 14 adjustable seed-rate positions, enabling precise control of seeding density for different rice varieties, tray specifications, and regional planting requirements. The 32-liter seed box supports long, uninterrupted operation.
Rotary-Brush Leveling: A rotary brush finishing system gently evens the covering soil layer, producing a smooth, uniform surface that promotes even moisture retention and uniform germination.
Roller-Chain + Conveyor-Roller Transmission: The robust chain-gear and roller drive system delivers smooth, synchronized tray transport with minimal slippage, even under continuous heavy-duty operation.
