Hydraulic reversible plough is a bidirectional deep tillage agricultural machine matched with the tractor three-point hitch system. Driven by the tractor hydraulic output, the plough body can rotate 180 degrees to realize reciprocating bidirectional ploughing in the field without large-scale body turning at the field head. Adopting a mouldboard plough structure, this product is compatible with small and medium wheeled tractors. It is widely used for ploughing operations in farmland, orchards, dry land, clay soil, sandy soil and other cultivated land. It can complete soil turning, straw burying, weed covering and soil loosening in one pass.
As an upgraded tillage equipment replacing the traditional single-way share plough, it effectively solves the pain points of conventional single-side ploughs, such as one-way soil turning, residual furrows at field ends and low working efficiency. It is suitable for individual farmers, planting cooperatives and agricultural service teams.
Soil tilling: Bidirectional soil turning overturns topsoil, breaks compacted hard soil layer, improves soil air permeability and water permeability, and optimizes soil physical and chemical properties.
Residue burying: Straw, weeds and surface residues are buried under soil to accelerate organic matter humification, improve soil fertility and reduce overwintering base of pests and diseases.
Land leveling: Reciprocating operation leaves no unilateral soil ridge and eliminates furrows left by traditional single-way plough, achieving higher land flatness and creating qualified seedbed for subsequent sowing.
Deep ploughing: It can stably realize deep tillage of 20–30 cm to break plough pan and enhance soil water storage and moisture retention capacity for drought resistance and seedling protection.
Multi-scenario operation: It can work on dry land and mature farmland as well as light clay soil. With accessory replacement, it can adapt to dry tillage in partial paddy fields.
Working Efficiency: Bidirectional tillage only requires small-angle turning at field ends and reduces time consumption for U-turn. Compared with traditional single-way share plough, the working efficiency is increased by 30% or more on the same plot.
Tillage Quality: Bidirectional turning eliminates residual furrows and ridges. The soil is fully turned over, straw burying rate is high, and the ground surface is flat after ploughing, which reduces follow-up land preparation workload.
Durability & Maintenance: Key wearing parts adopt heat-treated boron steel. The safety bolt protection mechanism effectively lowers the risk of frame damage caused by underground obstacles. Spare parts are easy to source and maintenance cost is low.
Wide Compatibility: Standard three-point hitch fits most 35–55 horsepower tractors. It can be quickly mounted and dismounted without complicated modification, flexible for small plots and scattered farmland operation.
Economic Benefit: It reduces repeated land preparation passes and fuel consumption. One machine meets multiple tillage requirements, cutting the total investment of agricultural machinery for farmers and cooperatives.
