Matte Lamination Magnet Closure Rigid Gift Box with EVA Foam Custom Design Printed

Magnet Closure Rigid Box:

This hinged lid setup box can be magnet closed and ribbon closed according to your need. Inserts like EVA foam, molded paper pulp, thermal-formed plastic tray are placed inside the rigid setup box to hold and protect the products. Sometimes, the paperboard inserts are wrapped in textiles such velvet, satin and linen to achieve a luxurious unique packaging experience. The most common colors of the EVA foams are black and cream white color.

Purchase Order Details:

Minimum order quantity (MOQ): Since the machine setup cost for the rigid paper box is usually very high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be 3000 pieces if you would like to place an order.
Production turn-around time: We owns two sets of automatic machine to warp the liner paper to the rigid box. Sometimes, we need handmade process, which is an important part in the production of the rigid box. Therefore, we usually needs about 10-15 business days to finish the production.
FOB Port: Most of our cardboard boxes are exported through the Guangzhou, China.
Sample making: The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days. The sample fee wil be around 100-200USD
Payment method T/T(bank transfer, 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment), Negotiable

1. Question: Could I start the small quantity as a trial order, such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs ?

Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products , all of our products are customized according to our clients’ requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production. If you want check the quality and service, we could do that for you as the samples order.

2. Question: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

Answer: As for the sample, there are two choices. First, we could provide the free samples that we have for you to check the quality and you need to pay for the express fee. Second, we can make customized sample box for you according to your requirements. The customized sample fee is about USD$150 per design plus shipping fee. We can make it the same as what you want.

4. Question: Can I get the price of this product?

Answer: The price is based on the quantity, specification and the design. Before we quote the price, we need to confirm these details.
