Material: Composite of single or multiple plastic films (such as BOPP, CPP, PE, PET, PA, EVOH).

Texture: Soft, smooth, good toughness, excellent tear and puncture resistance.
Barrier properties: Various barrier requirements can be achieved from low to high through the combination of different materials, with flexible design.

4. Flexible Packaging Theory

Protection principle: Based on the inherent barrier properties of different polymer materials. By designing a multi-layer structure, each layer can play a different role:
Outer layer: Provides printability, wear resistance, and strength (such as BOPP, PET).
Intermediate layer: Provides high barrier properties (oxygen and fragrance resistance), such as EVOH, PA, and aluminum foil.
Inner layer: Provides thermal sealing and chemical resistance (in contact with the contents), such as PE and CPP.
Mechanics principle: By utilizing the toughness and ductility of plastic materials, they can restore their original state through external forces or absorb energy through deformation, thereby resisting external impacts and punctures.
