This product is a dedicated main control PCBA board for blow-type breathalyzers. It integrates multiple core functions including gas sensor signal acquisition, MCU data calculation, digital display, graded audio-visual alarm, lithium battery charge and discharge management, and key control.

Adopting a mature civil-grade circuit solution, the board features high stability, low power consumption and excellent consistency. It is widely matched with complete alcohol detection equipment for household self-testing, vehicle-mounted detection and enterprise pre-job alcohol screening scenarios.

Overall Process: PCB incoming inspection → Solder paste printing → SMT mounting → Reflow soldering → AOI optical inspection → Plug-in component welding → Board cleaning → Program burning → Functional testing → Aging test → Final inspection → Packaging and delivery

• All defective products shall be stored in separate areas with recorded batch information and defect causes to realize quality traceability

• Each single board is independently packed with an anti-static bag
• All products are placed in anti-static cartons with partition boards
• Mark product model, quantity, batch number and production date on outer cartons
• Provide quality inspection reports and delivery lists with goods to support batch inspection
