Q1: Do you accept small orders?
A1: Yes, for the initially small orders are acceptable.We hold the idea that we provide reliable and valuable services to help our customers have growing and profitable business.

Q2: How to get a sample from you?
A2: It is necessary to pay for sample and freight charges,but any sample cost could be returned in the first order.

Q3: What is your delivery time?
A3: 1-3 days for products in stock, usually 7-15 days after deposit for products out of stock.

Q4: Can you customize the products as per our request?
A4: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.

Q5: How do you control your product quality?
A5: Our products are produced under strict quality control system.
We conduct:
a. Raw material inspection b. in-line inspection c. Final inspection.
The third party inspection and professional loading supervision, or clients’ own QC come to factory and do quality inspection

Q6: How about after-sales?
A6: The warranty time is one year after goods leaving factory.
In case there is any functional problem except man-made damage,we exchange the defective products or refund to you.
