Q1: Are you trading company or manufactuer?

A: We are manufactuer of ribbon,custom ribbon and ribbon bow.Our factory is located

in Xiamen city,Fujian province,China.

Q2: Can i printed my logo on ribbon?What should i have to provide?

A: Yes, you can.We can customize patterns and styles according to your requestments.

You'd better provide your logo with AI format or send your logo samples to us.

Q3: Can i get sample before order?

A: Solid color sample is free,but you have to afford the delivery fee. If you want custom-made,we need take sample fee about 30-50USD. It is refundable depending on the quantity of your confirmed order.

Q4: What is the terms of payment?

A: TT paypal ,credit card ,western union is acceptable.

Q5: What is your lead time and delivery time ?

A : if we have stock , lead time 2-3days ; if it is custom-made , lead time 6-10days ,

delivery time 5-8days by express(DHL,Fedex,TNT and more...)
