Q1: What is the minimum operating temperature for this arctic lantern set? Can it survive snowy northern winters?

A: This series is customized for frigid outdoor winter scenes. We adopt frost-flexible silk fabric that will not harden or crack under freezing weather, plus anti-freeze power cords and low-temperature drive power supplies. The whole light group can run stably at -30°C. Each ice-shaped base is designed with drain gaps to melt accumulated snow and prevent ice from deforming the internal steel frame.

Q2: The white fabric of polar bears will turn yellow or dirty after long exposure to snow and road mud. Is there an anti-stain solution?

A: All white fabric surfaces are treated with a hydrophobic anti-fouling coating. Snow, dust and mud residues can be brushed off easily without permanent yellow stains. For projects with multi-month winter displays, we offer optional custom dust & snow protective covers for storage and daily maintenance.
