EPS/GEPS molded polystyrene foam is a type of polystyrene foam board with a closed-cell structure, produced by heating pre-expanded polystyrene bead granules and then heating them in a mold. It is made from raw materials that undergo processes such as pre-expansion, maturation, molding, drying, and cutting. This foam can be used to create various types of foam products with different densities and shapes, as well as various thicknesses of foam boards. It is widely used in building exterior walls, insulation, packaging, refrigeration, daily necessities, industrial casting, and more. It can also be used in exhibition venues, storefronts, advertising signs, toy manufacturing, and other applications. To meet national energy-saving building requirements, it is mainly used for external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, floor heating, and other applications.
