Application:

1KV RVMV-R Cu/xlpe/pvc/swa/pvc 3x50+1x25mm2 BS5467 are resistant to mechanical loads, able to sustain heavier mechanical tensile strains, could be laid slantingly or vertically, same as on grounds exposed to land-sliding. They are widely used in power stations, mass transit underground passenger systems, airports, petrochemical plants, hotels, hospitals, and high-rise buildings.


Construction:
Conductors:Class 2 as per IEC 60228, BS EN 60228 can also be supplied upon request.
Insulation: XLPE material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502 or BS 5467 rated for 90°C continuous operation.

Inner sheath: PVC

Armor: galvanized steel wire

Wrapping tape: non-woven fabric

Outer Sheath: Outer sheath shall be of Extruded PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 or Type 9 as BS 6346/5467.

Special type of PVC sheathing material such as flame retardant, Fire Resistant PVC, Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, Oil Resistant PVC are available on special request. Also, special sheathing materials such as PE are available on request.

Characteristics:
1.The long-term permissible operation temperature of the conductor shall not be higher than 70℃.
2. Conductor maximum short circuit((less than 5 second) temperature shall not be higher than 160℃.
3. The cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0℃.
4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame retardance.
