Description

Introduction

This triplex overhead service drop cable is constructed with two XLPE-insulated AAC phase conductors and one bare high-strength AAAC neutral messenger wire. Designed for 0.6/1kV low-voltage outdoor power distribution, it is widely used for power connection between utility overhead lines and residential, rural and light commercial buildings. Adopting UV-resistant and heat-stabilized XLPE insulation, the cable ensures long-term safe operation under harsh outdoor weather conditions. The AAAC messenger wire provides excellent tensile performance and dual functions of current return and mechanical support.

Structural Features

  • Phase Conductor: 1350-H19 AAC pure aluminum conductor, 6 AWG, 19-strand compact structure for high conductivity and flexibility
  • Neutral Messenger: Bare AAAC aluminum alloy conductor, 6 AWG, 7-strand high-tensile structure for overhead load bearing
  • Insulation: Black XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation, 60 mils thickness, 90°C heat-resistant, anti-aging and UV-proof
