I. Compatible Models
Sany SY205C/215C/235C/335H/365H/420H (Kawasaki main control KMX15RA/KMX32 main control valve standard), compatible with National III and National IV emissions. It is also compatible with the same series SY375/395, but not with the 485 series. It is originally配套 with Kawasaki PV48 series four-chamber pilot control valve.
II. Specifications
1. Valve Body Structure: Four-port integrated single handle assembly (P inlet, T return, A/B two output channels), left and right handle models are identical.
- P: Pilot oil inlet; T: Pilot return oil; A/B: Boom/Arm/Bucket/Rotation pilot output.
- Pilot output pressure: Linear pressure adjustment from 0 to 3.2 MPa, precisely matching the opening degree of the main control valve in a positive flow system.
2. Port Thread: M10×1, compatible with φ6 high-pressure pilot hoses.
3. Standard Accessories: Original factory rubber dust-proof operating sleeves, dust-proof corrugated tubes, handle ball heads (non-keyboard type).
4. Net Weight: Approximately 8.4 kg, original factory aluminum cast valve body + heat-treated valve core.
III. Installation Location
On both sides of the operator's seat console in the cab. Connect the upper and lower pilot oil pipes to the pilot filter and main control valve pilot circuit, sharing a set of pilot oil source with the PVD8PC6035 travel foot valve (60283709).
IV. Product Functions
1. Single Handle Four-way Control: Compound actions of rotation + arm + boom + bucket. The handle stroke corresponds to the oil outlet pressure, controlling the opening degree of the main valve spool.
2. Automatic Zero Return in Neutral Position: When the handle is released, the spool resets and depressurizes, immediately stopping the action.
3. Dust-proof Sealing Structure, preventing mud and sand from entering the valve core in mining and muddy working conditions.
V. Common Faults
1. Spool Internal Leakage: Action does not stop when the handle returns to neutral, slow and weak action, high oil temperature.
2. Damaged Dust Cover Inlet: Handle sticking, jamming, and poor return.
3. Aging O-ring on Base Leaking: Pilot pressure relief, resulting in soft overall machine actions.
