1. Basic Information

Installation Position: Inside the radiator compartment, next to the main water radiator and connected to the cooling system pipelines

Service: One-stop supply of full-range cooling system components for all construction machinery

2. Structure & Materials

Tank Body: Integrally injection-molded from high-strength glass fiber reinforced PA66. It features excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, aging and coolant corrosion, and will not deform or crack after long-term service.

Tank Cap: Integrated with pressure valve and vacuum valve to automatically adjust internal system pressure, effectively preventing coolant boiling and tank collapse caused by negative pressure.

Level Indicator: Built-in transparent viewing window marked with MAX and MIN scales for easy checking of coolant level when the engine is cold.

Level Sensor: Equipped with an internal float-type sensor to monitor liquid level in real time. It triggers dashboard alarm once coolant is insufficient, so as to prevent engine overheating caused by coolant shortage.

Pipe Ports: Standard original-size ports fit the factory overflow pipe, water supply pipe and vent pipe perfectly, ensuring tight connection and zero leakage.

Mounting Bracket: Adopts Q345 steel bracket with shock-absorbing rubber pads. The mounting holes are fully compatible with the original vehicle to reduce operational resonance and extend service life.

Factory Inspection: All finished products undergo a 30-minute leakage test under 0.3MPa pressure as well as sensor function test. Products can only be delivered after all indicators meet standards.

4. Functions & Features

Core Function: Compensate volume change of coolant due to thermal expansion and contraction. It stores expanded coolant at high temperature and feeds coolant back automatically at low temperature. It also removes air from pipelines to eliminate air resistance and ensure smooth cooling circulation.

Advantages: Stabilize working pressure of the cooling system and raise the boiling point of coolant to reduce boiling and cavitation. Real-time liquid level monitoring and alarm help avoid severe faults such as engine overheating and cylinder scuffing caused by coolant deficiency.

Working Condition Adaptation: The tough material delivers good impact resistance, suitable for harsh working environments with heavy dust and strong vibration such as mines and construction sites. It maintains reliable sealing performance for a long time.

Installation & Replacement: Standard original specification for direct bolt-on installation without modification. It is easy to assemble and disassemble with high compatibility.
