3. Material & Structure

Filter Media: Imported composite glass fiber with hydrophobic coating and double-layer gradient filtration structure, featuring high separation efficiency and low flow resistance.

End Cap: Made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, fitted with explosion-proof fluororubber seal ring, which is high temperature resistant, anti-aging and leak-proof.

Housing: Reinforced cold-rolled steel plate with blue anti-corrosion coating, corrosion and vibration resistant for humid and dusty working environments.

Internal Structure: Built-in gravity settling chamber and hydrophobic filter screen to enhance oil-water separation. Equipped with a bypass valve that opens automatically when clogged to protect the engine.

5. Installation & Replacement

Installation Position: Front end of engine fuel pipeline and fuel pump inlet (pre-filter position)

Replacement Cycle: Every 200 hours under normal working conditions; every 80–120 hours under harsh working conditions

Installation Instructions: Clean the mounting base thoroughly. Lubricate the new seal ring with diesel fuel. Tighten manually first, then turn another 1/2 to 3/4 turn. Do not over-tighten to prevent thread damage.

6. Common Faults & Impacts

Clogged Filter Element: Insufficient fuel flow and low pressure lead to weak engine power, unstable idling and hard starting.

Declined Separation Efficiency: Water enters the fuel system, causing rust on high-pressure oil pumps, stuck fuel injectors and engine shaking.

Aged Seal Ring: Fuel leakage and air ingress result in engine stalling, power loss and difficult startup.
