Description

The Automatic Woven Bag Packaging Machine is a semi-automated device for packaging plastic bottles (HDPE, PET, PP, etc.) using woven bags, suitable for beverage, daily chemical and food industries.​

Its core is automatic bottle arrangement: with intelligent control, it neatly aligns bottles and conveys them to the packaging station. It lacks sealing function; operators manually place woven bags, and the machine guides arranged bottles into bags.​

Replacing manual sorting, it cuts labor intensity and errors, integrates into production lines, boosts efficiency and reduces costs. Adjustable parameters fit different bottle and bag sizes, ensuring stable performance.

  • Siemens PLC industrial control design, carefully designed at the bagging area, using multiple cylinders to open the bag opening for easy bagging. Multiple non-standard adjustable cylinders are used in other areas, suitable for packaging multiple bottles;
  • The control system adopts Siemens PLC with multiple motion modules to enhance system stability; Human machine interface touch screen operation, convenient and fast, can store bottle settings and parameters for future use;
  • Multiple servo motors control to achieve automatic bottle sorting, counting according to demand and pushing bottles into bags according to the set quantity;
  • The internal contact surface packaging table is all designed with 304 stainless steel, reaching food grade.
