The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester is a flexible, high-efficiency device that ensures the integrity of various plastic packaging containers. Engineered for mass-production lines, it accommodates containers of diverse shapes and capacities—such as standard water bottles, dairy containers (e.g., milk bottles), jerrycans, and other plastic vessels. It conducts precise, non-destructive airtightness tests on containers that meet preset standards and are pending quality inspection.

The entire testing process is fully automated. Following leak detection, the system intelligently sorts and outputs containers according to test results: qualified products flow smoothly to the next step. Importantly, any container that fails the airtightness test will immediately trigger an alarm at the corresponding workstation. Additionally, the system automatically removes these unqualified bottles from the production workflow. This automatic rejection function enables strict physical separation between qualified and defective containers, avoids cross-contamination among product batches, and ensures only leak-free containers proceed to filling or shipping. This process greatly boosts production quality control, reduces waste, and safeguards operator safety.
