Xingang oriented strand board adopts imported pure New Zealand pine as the sole raw material, abandoning mixed miscellaneous wood materials used by ordinary panels. The single high-quality wood source ensures uniform wood texture, stable internal structure and consistent product performance. Free from sundry impurities and unstable wood grain defects, it delivers more reliable overall quality than conventional OSB and particle boards, laying a solid foundation for long-term service durability.

Manufactured with advanced oriented cross-lamination and high-pressure pressing technology, Xingang OSB boasts excellent mechanical performance verified by 16 professional physical property tests. Its modulus of rupture reaches above 22MPa, and internal bonding strength is no less than 0.45MPa, 30% to 50% higher than ordinary particle boards. The unique void-free layered structure effectively resists bending, deflection and structural distortion. It features exceptional screw holding capacity, preventing nail loosening and board sagging during long-term use, perfectly meeting high load-bearing requirements for furniture and building structures.

With sophisticated edge sealing and high-density pressing technology, the board achieves a water thickness expansion rate ≤12%. It greatly reduces water absorption and effectively avoids swelling, deformation and delamination in humid environments. Able to adapt to extreme temperature differences and seasonal humidity changes, it maintains stable physical performance in complex climates, solving the common problems of damp deformation and short service life of ordinary wood panels, suitable for both indoor and semi-outdoor application scenarios.

Xingang uses formaldehyde-free adhesive with zero formaldehyde added throughout the production process.Xingang Biomimetic Adhesive - 0 formaldehyde, 0 benzenen, and 0 VOCs,has been successfully applied on a large scale in Xingang Biomimetic Particle Board.With 0 VOCs release and non-toxic and harmless properties, it passes strict international environmental certifications. Safe and odorless after installation, it is specially applicable for high-standard spaces such as children’s rooms, elderly rooms and high-end residential decoration, creating a healthy living environment.

The board is equipped with high-definition simulated wood grain finish and imported wear-resistant coating. The surface wear resistance reaches over 4000 revolutions, far higher than the national standard of 600 revolutions. It possesses excellent performance of scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, stain resistance and UV resistance, effectively avoiding surface abrasion, fading and contamination during daily use and processing.
