Introduction


ES fiber is an abbreviation of "ethylene propylene side by side", which is a kind of polyolefin fiber. ES fiber, low melting point Bi-component composite fiber, has two kinds of slices with different low melting points extruded by twin-screw spinning machine, which are made by composite spinning method (polypropylene PP / polyethylene PE composite). The two components make up the cross-section, which forms "skin core type", "parallel type". Due to the different melting points of the two components, the time limit is surface melting at a certain heating temperature while the core layer is not melting.
