Type ZJ30 High Quality mechanical drilling rig Land Oil Rigs Used for Oilfield Exploration

Features

◆ The mechanical drilling rig is diesel-driven. The chain box realizes power combination to drive the winch and mud pump. The rotary table chain box is driven via the platform cardan shaft to rotate the rotary table.
◆ The power system adopts a diesel engine plus hydraulic coupling unit with modular design. Each module is connected by cardan shafts, enabling convenient disassembly and installation.
◆ The winch is designed with 4 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, equipped with hydraulic disc brakes and a driller’s cabin, which optimizes the working environment and reduces labor intensity for drillers.
◆ The winch adopts pneumatic tube clutch for gear shifting, which supports remote control operation with high efficiency and convenience.
◆ The cathead winch is equipped with a sand reel and adopts an integral or split structure.
◆ The integral chain box is applied for power combination, featuring a high degree of modularization and rapid on-site installation.
◆ The rotary table is driven by a platform-mounted cardan shaft, ensuring simple and convenient installation.
