JZG35 API 8C/8A Deadline Anchor Used for Oilfield Drilling and Workover Rigs

Product Description

Dead line anchor is used as a display instrument for indicating and recording the drilling string changes in weight and pressure, helping the driller to master the working parameter and judge the drilling state in drilling operation. It's mainly composed two parts: Body and Senor. It work together with the Weight indictor.

Feature:

  1. Can be used in drilling rig, workover drilling rig etc.
  2. Material is High strength steel, extended the service time.
  3. 1.5 times pressure and tensile test before leaving the factory, high precision, stability, etc.
  4. Two forms, horizontal and vertical.

Advantages
1.High Load & Anti-Fatigue Performance: Main body is forged from 42CrMo high-strength alloy steel, with quenched & tempered heat treatment, yield strength ≥ 850MPa, rated load capacity 25% higher than the minimum requirement of API 8C, with optimized anti-fatigue structure design, service life up to 3 times that of ordinary cast iron anchors, able to withstand long-term high-frequency vibration and impact in harsh drilling environments.
Drill Line Protection Design: Patented anti-slip clamp structure, with V-shaped grooves matched to standard drill line specifications (1-1/4" to 2-1/2"), evenly distributes clamping force, avoids extrusion damage and uneven wear of the wire rope, extends drill line service life by 20%+, reduces rope replacement frequency by 30%, and effectively reduces customers' operational costs.
2.Strong Environmental Adaptability: Optional hot-dip galvanizing or fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating, with 480h+ neutral salt spray test resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity and high-salt environments such as Middle East deserts and offshore platforms; low-temperature resistant materials can adapt to -40℃ extreme cold environments, suitable for Russian Siberia, Bashkortostan and other cold region oilfields.
