Description:


3”RR Type spring reset relief valve provides protection for the mud pump and mud pump manifold.To ensure safer operation of the rig during drilling,replace the shear relief valve, to reduce the downtime of the mud pumps and avoid the occurrence of downhole accidents during the shutdown of mud pump.


3 "RR Type spring reset relief valve adopts integral piston structure, simple and beautiful in appearance, easy to replace consumable parts; sensitive opening, manual reset without stopping the pump after pressure relief; built-in double protection for fluid under pressure,To avoid the high-pressure fluid overflowing or injuring other equipment and personnel when the seal fails, 3 "RR type 3000-8000PSI (20-56Mpa) spring reset relief valve adopts super heavy flange on the valve cover and connection, safety performance higher. The valve base enhances strength and stiffness, making operation safer and more reliable.


Feature:

1. Single chip interface,the product sealing is higher and reduce the numbers of parts;

2. Exported adopts integral,No welding and no bolt connection;

3. Heavy bolt ensure better operating performance under high pressure conditions;
