0.70–1.50mm Continuous Black Annealed Cold Rolled Steel Strip for Welding Pipe, C Channel, Steel Rims and Cooler Applications
1.Product Overview
Continuous black annealed cold rolled steel strip is used for welded pipe production, C channel forming, steel rims, storage racks, motorcycle parts, steel furniture, water heaters, and cooler components.
The product combines cold rolled dimensional control with continuous black annealing treatment. The double surface full black condition supports downstream forming and fabrication where stable strip shape, controlled thickness, and suitable processing performance are required.
2.Technical Solution
The strip is produced from cold rolled steel and treated by continuous black annealing. This process helps improve strip workability and provides a full black surface condition on both sides.
Q195, SPCC, SAE 1006, and SAE 1008 grades are available for different forming, welding, and fabrication requirements. The 0.70–1.50 mm thickness range is suitable for pipe making, channel forming, steel rim processing, and fabricated metal components.
No trimmed and welded joint condition supports continuous downstream processing and helps reduce interruption during forming or pipe production.
