Operation Principle

The YOX series constant filling fluid couplings are operatingin the following principle: The rotating part consists of two bladedwheels -a Pump Wheel and a Turbine Wheel, the space betweenthem is partially flled with a working fluid (#32 Turbine oil ingeneral) . The pump Wheel is driven by motor, the rotating wheelbrings the fluid into rotation and thus convert input mechanicalenergy into fluid energy, back to mechanical energy .

Features are showed as following:

1. Protecting electric motor and improving ability of the electricmotor.

2. Shortening the period of startup; reducing average electriccurrent during the starting process.

3. Lessening shock and vibration in startup Proven ting overload.4. Balacing loads of each motor in multi-motor drive system.
