This 100% Waterproof PVC Marble Sheets series is engineered specifically for high-moisture, high-wear applications such as bathrooms and basements. Built on a high-density rigid core substrate, it completely blocks moisture, directly solving the real-world problems of natural stone efflorescence and wood rot.

The reinforced surface coating delivers scratch-resistant and chemical-resistant superior durability, enduring high-frequency wiping with medical alcohol or hypochlorous acid without losing its luster. Certified to Class B1 flame-retardant and E0 eco-friendly standards, it fully complies with overseas commercial fire codes and residential regulations.

Installation Guide
  1. Acclimatization & Precision Cutting: Lay UV boards flat on-site for 24+ hours to acclimate to indoor humidity. Cut panels using a portable marble cutter with a fine-tooth alloy saw blade. Deduct 1-2mm from actual length and width to leave a micro-gap for natural thermal expansion.
  2. Dual-Component Adhesive Application: Wipe dust off the board back. Implement the "Dual-Adhesive Method": apply large dots of heavy-duty nail-free glue for instant positioning, and continuous waves of neutral silicone structural adhesive along edges for 10+ years of tensile strength.
  3. Panel Bedding & Air Evacuation: Align the prepped board to the wall. Press firmly from the center outward to evacuate trapped air. Gently tap with a rubber mallet to flatten adhesive to a uniform 1-2mm thickness.
  4. Profile Jointing & Edge Trimming: Install specialized aluminum alloy or premium PVC H-trims and corner profiles at panel joints. Maintain a uniform 1.5mm gap between panels for seamless finishing.
  5. Structural Curing & Film Stripping: Allow adhesive to cure undisturbed for 24 to 48 hours. Once fully cured, strip the protective PE film to reveal the high-gloss, scratch-resistant mirror finish.
