Coextrusion WPC Fence Termite Proof 100x20mm WPC Composite Fencing
Product Summary
This premium termite-proof, cost-effective coextrusion WPC fence is engineered for absolute biological protection and long-term asset value. Utilizing a 360-degree dense polymer shield, it completely blocks termites and wood-boring insects from accessing the inner fibers. By eliminating the need for ongoing painting and pest treatments, it offers unmatched lifetime cost savings.
About this Product
- 100% Termite and Insect Proof Barrier: The outer co-extruded shield creates an impenetrable polymer barrier that wraps every millimeter of the inner core. Insects and wood-borers cannot bite through or digest this high-density engineering plastic, keeping the fence safe from underground termite colonies.
- Highly Cost Effective Lifetime Value: While the initial purchase price is higher than standard timber, its real financial value shines over time. With a lifespan exceeding 25-30 years and zero expenses for chemical sealing, sanding, or staining, it eliminates hundreds of dollars in annual maintenance fees.
- No Replacement Maintenance Costs: Traditional wooden boundaries often rot or get structurally hollowed out by pests within 5-7 years, forcing expensive replacements. This composite fence retains its strength and beauty decade after decade, ensuring property value appreciation without unexpected repair bills.

How to Install
Method 1: In-Ground / Dig-In Installation
Applicable Scenario: Soft ground surfaces such as gardens, lawns, soil, or sandy ground. This is the most stable method for outdoor fencing.
- Measurement, Layout, and Alignment: Stretch a string line according to the standard span of the fence (typically 1.8 m) to mark the exact center point of each post. Precision in spacing is critical.
- Digging Post Holes: Dig foundation holes at marked locations. Standard requirement: Hole diameter is generally 300 mm, with a depth of 500-600 mm (in cold regions, depth must extend below frost line).
- Setting Posts and Pouring Concrete: Insert WPC posts into holes. Pour mixed concrete (Grade C20 or above). Use a spirit level to repeatedly check and adjust the post in two vertical directions to ensure 100% plumb.
- Curing and Waiting: Temporarily secure leveled posts with bracing timber and allow concrete to cure. Typically wait 24-48 hours for concrete to fully harden before board assembly.
Method 2: Bolt-Down with Base Plate
Applicable Scenario: Pre-hardened ground surfaces such as concrete slabs, concrete foundations, or brick/stone patios.
- Positioning and Marking: Align string line on hardened ground. Determine exact position of post base plates based on net length of fence board. Mark drill holes through base plate.
- Drilling: Use impact drill with drill bit matching expansion anchors (usually 12 mm or 14 mm diameter). Drill vertically into concrete to depth of 80-100 mm. Clean out all dust and debris.
- Installing and Securing the Metal Base: Align galvanized steel or aluminum post support base over drilled holes. Insert metal expansion anchor bolts or chemical anchors, and tighten securely using socket wrench.
- Sleeving the WPC Post: Slide outer hollow WPC post sleeve from top to bottom over fixed metal base plate, then lock inner and outer layers together at bottom using self-tapping screws.
FAQ
Q1: How does the 360 capped technology make a coextrusion fence completely termite proof?
A1: Termites target natural wood to feed on cellulose. Our second-generation coextrusion fence encapsulates the wood fibers beneath a tough, inedible engineering-grade polymer shield. Termites cannot sense or penetrate this outer barrier, leaving the internal structure completely safe and untouched.
Q2: Why is this premium coextrusion WPC fence described as a cost effective option?
A2: It is cost effective because it eliminates the ongoing "hidden costs" of fencing. A cheap wood fence requires expensive paints, sealants, and termite sprays every 2 years, plus full replacement in a decade. Our fence requires zero maintenance spending and lasts 3 times longer, breaking even within just a few years.
Q3: Can termites tunnel up through the post or base connections of this WPC fence?
A3: No. When combined with our heavy-duty rust-proof aluminum posts and composite brackets, there are no organic entry paths for pests. The entire perimeter system is engineered from non-organic surfaces at ground level, preventing insects from climbing or nesting inside the structural joints.
Q4: Will the termite proof additives inside the shield wear out and lose efficacy after many years?
A4: No, because we do not rely on temporary chemical sprays. The termite proof property comes from the physical density and hardness of the polymer shell itself. Since it is a structural barrier extruded under extreme heat, it will never wash away or degrade, protecting your garden for its entire lifespan.
