The XGJ850 Wood Pellet Machine​ is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade vertical ring die pellet mill designed for large-scale biomass fuel production. Equipped with a powerful 220kW main motor​ and our patented centrifugal high-efficiency pressing structure, this machine delivers a stable output capacity of 2.5 to 3.5 tons per hour.
Ideal for processing difficult-to-mold materials with low adhesion rates—such as hardwood sawdust, pine shavings, rice husk, straw, and other agricultural wastes—the XGJ850 transforms loose biomass into high-density, uniform fuel pellets. 

Unlike traditional horizontal mills, the XGJ850 features a vertically installed ring die. The material falls vertically into the pelletizing chamber without arching. As the rollers rotate, centrifugal force distributes the material evenly across the die’s inner surface, ensuring consistent pressure and higher pelletizing efficiency.

The machine utilizes a unique double-layer die design. Both the top and bottom surfaces of the ring die are usable. When one side wears out, you simply flip it over to use the other side. This effectively doubles the die lifespan and significantly reduces your spare parts costs.

To support 24/7 continuous production, the XGJ850 is equipped with an independent automatic lubrication system. It periodically injects grease to the main shaft bearings and roller bearings while the machine is running. This eliminates the need for manual shutdowns to lubricate, reducing labor costs and preventing bearing burnout.

The rollers are constructed from high-chromium alloy steel processed via vacuum quenching. They offer exceptional wear resistance, allowing them to handle abrasive materials like rice husk and hardwood sawdust without deforming, ensuring a long service life even under high pressure.

Engineered to process a broad spectrum of biomass inputs with moisture content typically between 10%-15%, including:

• Wood Waste:​ Sawdust, wood chips, tree branches, bark, furniture scraps.
• Agro Residues:​ Rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell, wheat straw, corn stalk, palm EFB (Empty Fruit Bunches).
