1. Pretreatment: Depending on the raw material, we flexibly configure processes such as wood splitting, slicing, grass cutting, crushing, and cleaning, and select the appropriate equipment. The larger the raw material particle size and the higher the moisture content, the more complex the pretreatment process and the more equipment required. (If the raw material is only powder, the biomass powder only needs to be screened to remove impurities such as sand, gravel, and iron. The screened wood powder is then conveyed via a conveyor belt into a hydraulic pelletizing silo for storage and homogenization. Automatic connection reduces dust concentration, ensures safety and cleanliness, and saves labor.)
2. Drying: The crushed material is dried in a biomass dryer.
3. Pelletizing: Wood powder is fed into the biomass pelletizer via a variable frequency screw conveyor at the bottom of the silo, ensuring continuous and stable feed, reducing wear and ensuring stable and efficient production.
4. Cooling: The hot pellets are conveyed via a conveyor belt into a pellet cooler for cooling.
5. Packaging and Warehousing: The cooled pellets are packaged in a packaging machine.
