Compared to traditional pet food production methods, today's pet food production lines offer numerous improvements:
1. Quality: Maintaining the correct ratio of raw materials throughout the production process ensures consistent final product quality.
2. Functionality: Today's pet food production lines can produce a variety of pet foods, including dry kibble and treats, enriching product diversity and catering to diverse pet food preferences.
3. Productivity: Continuous operation improves the speed and efficiency of the production process, saving time and reducing labor costs.

Features of the Buoyant/Sinking Fish Feed Production Line
1. The screw is made of a nitrided alloy (38CrMoAl) for high strength, wear resistance, and excellent self-cleaning capabilities. There's no need to unload or clean the barrel or screw during baking or material changes.
2. The feeding, extrusion, and cutting systems all utilize inverter speed control. The food-grade stainless steel twin-screw feeder ensures stable material feeding throughout the entire food processing process.
3. The gearbox features automatic lubrication to extend gear life.
4. A heat sink is added to the transmission system for forced cooling, ensuring safe operation of the extruder.
5. The barrel utilizes a water-cooled circuit, making it suitable for both corn and rice, as well as high-viscosity wheat flour and starch. Different moisture-to-extrusion temperature ratios allow for selection of full or semi-expanded extrusion depending on the product type.
6. The cutter is fixed to the die head and rotates and cuts via a V-belt drive.
(1) Raw material pretreatment system
Includes a grinder and a screener. The raw materials must be ultra-finely ground to a size of 80 mesh or above to ensure fine particles. The screening process can remove impurities and ensure the purity of the raw materials.
(2) Mixer
A twin-shaft paddle mixer is used, and the coefficient of variation of mixing uniformity is ≤5% to avoid nutrient stratification. The temperature must be controlled not to exceed 40°C during mixing to prevent the inactivation of heat-sensitive ingredients (such as vitamins).
(3) Conditioner
The starch is gelatinized by steam heating to improve the cohesiveness of the feed. The conditioning temperature is usually set at 85-90°C for 20-30 seconds. Excessively high temperatures will cause protein denaturation.
(4) Extruder
A low-shear screw design extruder is used to avoid destroying the nutrients. The density of the extruded feed is controlled at 0.3-0.5g/cm³ to facilitate the suspended feeding of loach fry. (5) Drying and Cooling System
A multi-layer belt dryer is used with temperature control in stages (60°C → 50°C → 40°C) to prevent cracking of the feed caused by high temperatures. The moisture content after cooling must be ≤10% to extend the shelf life.
1. Ingredients: Meat meal, fish meal, corn meal, soybean meal, and other grain meal.
2. Products: Pellet feed, such as dog food, cat food, fish food, and bird food.
3. Voltage: Three-phase 380V/50Hz, single-phase 220V/50Hz. Custom voltages can be customized for different countries.
4. Machine Materials: All machines are made of food-grade stainless steel.
