Adjustable Steel Prop (Acrow Prop/Post Shore) is a telescopic vertical support system for concrete slab and beam formwork. Manufactured from high-strength steel tubes with a pin-and-thread adjustment mechanism, it provides reliable, high-capacity shoring for buildings, bridges, and civil projects.

Telescopic Height Adjustment
Combines pin-hole coarse adjustment with a swivel nut for fine-tuning (±50mm), enabling quick leveling to accommodate varying floor heights and slab thicknesses.
Heavy-Duty Load Bearing
Engineered to support significant dead and live loads during concrete pouring, with reinforced base plates to prevent sinking and ensure structural stability.
Quick Connect & Strike
Simple two-person (or crane-assisted) handling allows for rapid deployment and dismantling, significantly speeding up the formwork cycle compared to traditional timber shoring.
Integrated Safety
Features a safety pin lock and anti-slip thread design to prevent accidental collapse, with a "safe zone" on the inner tube to protect workers' hands during adjustment.

Generally takes about 5-8 days to complete specific plans and detailed quotations after receiving engineering drawings.
Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide samples. You will need to pay for the shipping cost.
How long is the estimated delivery time?
According to project complexity, usually takes 30-60 days to complete stocking. More accurate delivery times are estimated during planning and quotation.
Is the plastic template prone to deformation?
In long-term high temperature environments, concrete pouring may cause slight deformation. We recommend using aluminum alloy formwork or steel frame wood formwork systems in high temperature areas.
What are the defects of the plastic template system?
Limited load capacity for large-sized concrete structures and poor high temperature resistance with potential deformation in high-temperature areas.
What is the payment method you require?
Payment ≤1,000 USD: 100% in advance. Payment ≥10,000 USD: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Or L/C.
