Description:

1. The Takeup can work with extrusion line, coiling and packing machine, rewinding machine, ect...

2. Structure: The pintle table is fixed, can not be moved from left and right;

3. Bobbin shaft lifting mode: electric lifting;

4. Pintle Clamp type: Cylinder;

5. Wire Takeup power: AC motor + frequency converter + reducer;

6. Wire takeup speed control: automatically control the motor wire feeding speed;

7. Brake: pneumatic brake;

8. Main electrical configuration, frequency converter. Contactor, intermediate relay, transformer. The switch. The electric motor. Speed reducer, etc;

9. Control system with PLC + HMI for the speed detection so that the whole system work with the line speed in synchronization.
