Description

Extrusion Line With Robot Stacking Packing Machine:

  1. Connect with the Extrusion Line;
  2. After the coiling machine, can stack the cable coil and save labor cost;
  3. Application for the building wire & electric wire inusulation;
  4. Line speed Max. 300m/min connect with cable coil packing machine;
  5. Extrusion screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
  6. The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
  7. Extrusion Temperature control by Japan RKC;
