Description:

  1. The Takeup can work with extrusion line, coiling and packing machine, rewinding machine, ect...
  2. cable take up machines. Available in a wide range of designs and configurations, these devices rotate cable wheels to fill them with the product, automating what would otherwise be a labor-intensive and ergonomically disastrous task.
  3. Single reel take up;
  4. Pintle Clamp type: Cylinder;
  5. Wire Takeup power: AC motor + frequency converter + reducer;
  6. Wire takeup speed control: automatically control the motor wire feeding speed;
  7. Brake: pneumatic brake;
  8. Control system with PLC + HMI for the speed detection so that the whole system work with the line speed in synchronization.
