Qipang QPZ series customized affordable and adjustable thread rewinding machine

Thread rewinding machine:
The thread rewinding machine is widely used in the packaging of various long-fiber tows such as tear film, fibrillated silk, cotton and hemp. Can be wound into 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches according to customer requirements. Shanghai QiPang's shafting machine can be made into a pagoda type or a cylindrical type according to the user's requirements. The formed products are arranged tightly and neatly, and the two ends are straight, which ensures the normal operation of the downstream production line. The design of the shafting machine is simple in structure, convenient in operation, and less in wearing parts. The stepless speed regulation device is adopted, and the tension is adjustable. According to the diameter of the user's twist line, the tight spacing can be adjusted to the best effect.

Performance and Characteristics

The adjustable thread rewinding machine is mainly used for textile, chemical fiber,yarn making, light industry and electronic industry etc. This thread rewinding machine owns advantages of high speed, good bobbin formation, automatic constant tension, low loss etc, it’s superior to other products of the same type. It’s applied for taking up yarn with density range of 60-280 tex; width range of 1-6mm (width range > 6mm can be custom-made in limited range). It’s suitable for folding thread, split film yarn, carbon fiber, stainless steel fiber, as well as for round wire, spun, foamed filament, vegetable fiber yarn, soft metal silk ribbon, paper yarn, blended yarn etc.
Winding size: 1-6mm .
This machine by magnetic disc, adjust the winder speed to be synchronized with the extruder. Main components are made of superior material and by imported CNC machine one step finished. The quality of these components is excellent and the working life is much longer.
The winding speed is above 280m/min.
