JZP Series Overview

Since the 1960s, vibration damping concepts have been integral to construction, water conservancy, and mining applications. Contact stresses, friction, and vibration attenuation significantly impact the stability performance of buildings and facilities.

Given the diversity of damping principles and the complexity of analyzing stress and deformation states at component joints, mathematical modeling of structural damping phenomena presents considerable challenges.

The JZP-3.2 shock absorbing equipment is currently widely deployed in high-end medical instrument systems, deep-sea exploration, submarines, on-board electronics, and control cabinets.

Deep-Sea Exploration Applications

Deep-sea exploration equipment demands exceptional vibration isolation performance. In deep-sea environments, detection equipment faces multiple challenges including extreme water pressure, complex currents, and operational vibrations.

The JZP-3.2 damping device is installed internally to reduce equipment vibration impact on detection accuracy during thruster operation and data acquisition.
