JGX-1598D-428B Wire Rope Vibration Isolator

The JGX-1598D-428B is an all-metal wire rope vibration isolator that pairs stranded stainless steel cable with aluminum alloy retaining bars to provide stable, maintenance-free shock and vibration control across all axes. Its friction-damping principle delivers a wide working frequency range and a long service life with no creep or material aging.


Galvanic Isolation & Dielectric Protection

Fitted with insulated mounting interfaces, the JGX-1598D-428B provides galvanic isolation that breaks ground loops and shields sensitive circuitry from stray potential differences between the payload and its supporting frame. This dielectric separation protects control boards, sensors, and communication modules, making the unit a dependable choice for electrically demanding installations.


Airflow-Permeable Open Design for Thermal Management
