Product Description

Often referred to as “25-20″ stainless, 310 SS wire mesh is suited for applications requiring high strength and excellent oxidation resistance. The maximum safe temperature is about 2000°F, but is successfully used up to 2100°F under certain conditions. Preforms well under intermittent heating and cooling.

Type 310 also refered to as T-310 or T310 is nonmagnetic when annealed or cold worked. Well suited where a combination of strength, toughness, corrosion and oxidation-resistance is essential.

310 stainless steel wire mesh screen is often used for welding rod, furnace parts, aircraft and jet engine parts, oil refinery and chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers and strainers.

Stainless steel wire mesh is strong and long lasting,If your project is located in an area with prolonged exposure to corrosive,stainless steel products will meet the demands.Stainless steel wire needs no additional finish,such as glvanizing to protect it.Stainless steel wire mesh is extremely resistant to rust,corrosion and harsh chemicals.Type 316 is recommended for salt water environments since it has a higher resistance to corrosion than Type 304.

Stainless steel wire mesh mainly parameters:

1. Materials: Stainless steel wire,nickel wire,brass wire.Stainless steel wire materials divided into AISI 201,202,302,304,304L,316,316L,401,430,910,910L,etc,

2. Mesh: It show the sparse and dense of the wire mesh. In general,higher than 80 for the mesh is known as a high mesh.Less than 80 mesh called coarse mesh.

3. Wire diameter is divided into warp and weft.

4. Common weaving type: Plain weave,twill weave,dutch weave,mat type twill weave,double wire dutch weave,five heddle weave.
