This is a professional wireless information security module for 100-7500MHz band, adopting GaN material solution with 100W (50dBm) high output power.
It features excellent in-band performance, multiple protection mechanisms and compact design, and is the core component for various RF jamming devices.
Regular type with signal source,if you want without signal source type also can offer(input signal 0-10dBm)

Precautions for use
- Heat dissipation: Strengthen heat dissipation (heatsink/fan) when output power ≥5W to prevent over-temperature
- Connection sequence: Antenna first → front-end signal source → power supply (reverse for power off)
- Load matching: Connect 50Ω standard RF load/antenna to avoid VSWR abnormality
- Fine-tuning: Adjust reserved holes only under professional guidance to ensure performance stability
