It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module . Built with advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 technology, it is engineered for low saturation voltage and fast switching . The module features a low stray inductance design, a copper base plate for optimized heat spread, and an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring . It offers low switching losses and supports high switching frequency operation . The module is RoHS-compliant and designed for high reliability and power density
