Description

The FP35R12KT4 is a highly integrated 1200V, 35A Power Integrated Module (PIM) from Infineon's EconoPIM™ 2 family. It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module . Built with advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 and Emitter Controlled 4 diode technology, it is engineered for low switching losses and high efficiency . The module features an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring, an isolated copper baseplate for excellent heat dissipation , and is designed for high power and thermal cycling capability . It supports an extended operating temperature up to 150°C
