Description

New Energy Extrusion Production Line

Function: To melt the PVC/PE or other plastic materials and extrude the material on
wires by the rotary of screw and shaped by dies to make different size of cables.
Power:30HP frequency motor + inverter.
Gearbox (173 type): Grinding type.
Gear lubrication: Gear is forced to give oil.
Box square casting molding and annealing treatment, material is HT200-300.
High frequency quenching treatment of gear surface, processing after grinding

Applications:

The production line is suitable for insulation/sheath extrusion of PVC,TPE,XLPE,XLPO,etc.
