Automotive Wire High Speed Extrusion Production Line 1500m/min
Product Overview

This automated production line is specially designed for manufacturing wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). The system can be integrated with various take-up machines including KPS cone-shaped reel fully automatic wire taking-up machine, double-head coiling machine, and double-reel semi-automatic wire taking-up machine.

Cable Extrusion Processes
  • Single Extrusion: Extrudes a single layer of material around a conductor, ideal for simple cables requiring basic insulation.
  • Co-extrusion: Simultaneously extrudes multiple layers of different materials, providing enhanced properties such as improved insulation, shielding, and strength.
  • Triple Extrusion: Extrudes three layers simultaneously, typically involving conductor, insulation, and protective outer jacket for high-performance cables in harsh environmental conditions.
Applications

Suitable for single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free materials. Meets German, Japanese, Korean, Italian and other series of automotive wire insulation extrusion standards.
